“Story of the Year” tribute band As It Falls kicked off the proceedings with a flash eight song set. With some of Perth’s finest crafts people at the helm they got the Story of the Year fans in a lather. Reflecting a some lost years of that decade as I had never heard of “Story of the Year” these well solid rocks songs reminiscent of Queens of the Stone Age type vibe. Featuring the lethal Legacy Alive six string guitar attack on the wings this was a well structured unit.
