Black Kanyon continue to set the benchmark for high quality solid rock. With local legend Dan Connell’s emotive vocals at the face wall of adroit and dexterous musicians they unite on their rockin’ quest. Interweaving solid riffs that have swagger with deft hooks and occasional hard funk they a definable rock sound that this hard to define. With a two guitar, bass and drums sound they chiselled out a definitive opening set that was well acknowledged by the early bird live music aficionado’s.
