Lightning in a Bottle - Part 7

When a mates in trouble the Southern River Band do what needs to be done, Saddling up, strapping on the gear and heading out to organise and headline this fund raising live music event. Lightnin Jack needs urgent medical eye attention, and when a mate is in trouble Cal Krammer does not forget. Cal was visibly moved by the #livemusic aficionado’s turn out and support for this classic event lineup extraordinaire. As would be expected by this manically gifted unit SRB rocked it out of the courtyard. New Face on the Bass, Sugar Shane, fitted in like a hand in velvet glove, providing cover for the “wholesome” needs for usual four string Pat. Songs included “Cigarettes’, ‘Streets Don’t Lie’, ‘Chasing After Love’, ‘Stan Qualen’ and others, although the tunes are burned into my brain cells the titles are not. At this age only to be expected 😊. As always Cal engaging was heart felt and hilarious, touching a nerve and honest in the delivery all at once. Members of Blue Shaddy and Lightnin Jack himself joined SRB for an all star guitar led finale that sealed the night.
