Launching the four years in the making long awaited debut album release powerhouse trio Triple Engine blasted off in style. Playing the album end-to-end they gave a master class in blues based pure rock. It was a Helter Skelton led show, but with the three pulling together, playing tight and as a unit to keep it on track. With a style that is akin to pre-‘Eliminator’ ZZ Top, Joe Satriani when he was ‘Surfing (with the Alein) and ‘Flying (in a Blue Dream)’, Billy Sheehan bass a splash of seventies Uriah Heep and instrumental Iron Maiden their sound extrapolates power rock and blues.
